1. Appointments

  • We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred time. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to enjoy your full treatment time.

2. Cancellations

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

3. Health Conditions

  • Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your treatment, as some services may not be suitable for certain conditions.

4. Refunds & Returns

  • Service fees are non-refundable. However, we ensure the highest standards in every treatment. Beauty products are eligible for return only if unopened and within 7 days of purchase, with proof of purchase.

5. Special Offers & Discounts

  • Offers and discounts, including the New Visitor 15% discount, cannot be combined with other promotions. Terms for each promotion are subject to change at our discretion.

6. Valuables

  • We recommend leaving valuables at home. Al Adaa Spa is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during your visit.

7. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable, must be presented at the time of service, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
